Deep Tissue Massage
With my Deep Tissue Massage therapy, patients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. I’m trained in deep tissue techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.
Relaxation Massage
Relaxation, or Swedish, Massage is the most common and best-known type of massage in the West. If it's your first time at the spa or you don't get massage often, Swedish massage is the best place to start. Swedish massage promotes relaxation, among other health benefits.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy is a bodywork technique that involves the application of pressure to tender muscle tissue in order to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body. As a certified Massage Therapist, I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.
Hot Stone
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage, also known as pregnancy massage, promotes relaxation, soothes nerves, and relieves strained back and leg muscles in expectant mothers. Prenatal massage is especially benefical in the second and third trimesters, when the extra weight in your belly puts a strain on your back.
Salt Glow
One of our most popular treatments, sea salt rich in trace minerals is mixed with warm massage oil to exfoliate the top layers of dead skin from the whole body (except for the face). It leaves your skin moist, glowing, and satin-smooth. It's a little stimulating, yet relaxing as you rest to smooth sounds.
Sugar Scrub
Sugar scrubs are applied to the entire body to do away with dry skin as well as increase circulation. Sugar scrubs can prove a great treatment to have once every month or during changing weathers at least as it is really important to remove the dead skin cells to make way for fresh skin cells.
Mud Wrap
Mud wraps are known for increasing circulation and removing toxins from the skin, thereby tightening and firming skin texture. Mud is applied to the entire body and is then removed with hot towels or shower after a period that allows the nutrients in the mud to be absorbed by the skin.
Chair Massage
Chair massage is a style of seated massage that is typically short, 10 or 15 minutes, and focuses on your back, shoulders, neck, and arms. Chair massage is done over clothes and doesn't require any oil. Great for workplace, ladies nights, parties, and more!
Introductory Massage
Usually done with new clients that aren't "too sure" on what to expect. These typically last 15-20 mins and the client can choose from back, arms/hands, legs/feet, or face/scalp for this type of massage. These also make great small gifts!
